Paper Butterflies and Easter tree

Materials (makes one) :6" square origami paper or other thin paperWhite glue4 3/4" of wired chenille stemLow-temp glue gun

Instructions:Cut a 6" square of origami paper in half. Fold 1 piece in half with short ends together; fold in half again in same direction to have 4 layers to make 1 butterfly.
Trace butterfly wing shape (
click here for the template). With broken line of pattern on last fold, cut around wings through all layers, leaving fold uncut. Open to have 2 layers. Glue layers together using white glue or stick glue.
Bend 1 1/4" length of wired chenille in half for antennae. Glue with ends extending at center top between the pointed wings. Fold 3 1/2" chenille stem in half over center of butterfly between wings for body; glue in place.
