People decide to exercise for different reasons. I started running 5 months ago for health and weight loss. I remember my first day when I decide to exercise . I couldn't run one block from my home, I was so ashamed, but today I run 3 miles, 4/5 days a week .
I don't need fancy equipment and I can do it almost anywhere. My favorite place is Burlingame High School track. I usually get there at 6:00am and after run 3 miles I feel I've a lot energy. It's so good. And I lost 8 pounds!
To be motivated I write down some notes after my workout, as date, my approximate mileage and time. Looking back at my previous entries will remind me how far I've and give me incentive to get there again.
